Sunday Evening......

Yep it is Sunday evening or maybe Sunday late afternoon depending on how you want to look at it. Kind of like the glass that is never full or empty, but always has some water in it. The water is some where near the middle but you never can tell. Damn....I don't have to work tomorrow. Wow! That is the first in a long time. Today has been a wonderful day. I had a great visit with mom and dad this morning with some coffee and bagels. Went shopping at Goodwill with sisters Leah and Sue. Spent a lot of time on the computer working on getting all my photos off of my camera and into some kind of a folder where I can find them all. I got a nice slide show set up with about 150 photos in it on iphoto. I picked a nice song off of the itunes that dad had already set up on this computer and as I watched the slideshow with music to it, I sat here and smiled the whole time. Music has a way of putting a mood and amazing feeling to photos. It makes it so meaningful and actually goes pretty deep no matter what the song is. Well, untl next time I hope all readers smile and laugh because there is nothing in life that will get you though it like those two things. Laugh at life, live to laugh and smile through it all. Friday......

It is Friday morning and I am just about ready to walk out the door for work...in a bout 15 minutes. I hope everyone is doing well. My week as been good, thus far. Work has been physically demanding this week, but pretty much at our pace and no one elses. This made it much easier. Well, for anyone who reads this or who doesn't have plans for tonight. I am going to have the boys for tonight and part of tomorrow. Carrie has a wedding next weekend, so we are sort of splitting the next two up. So they will be here tonight if anyone wants to come over for a little visit.

I had a surprise phone call from Danielle Rothrock on Wednesday night and had a very nice catch up conversation....20 years worth, for about 2 and a half hours. It was actually pretty fun. I will fill you in about it later. Must get my ass up and going for work.

WOW!!!!! It is already Tuesday...which means for all of us who work a regular work week, tomorrow is Wednesday (hump day). The week is more than half over by the time we all get home from work tomorrow. Well Today was a good day at work. Lots of hard laboring, but it felt good and it wasn't pouring down rain on us. However, tomorrow may be a different story. It is supposed to rain which means it might suck big time, but it is what it is. I hope everyone out there had a great day and that you are all smiling. I do try to practice what I preach on the smiling thing, as much as I can. Some days it is just hard to. Well have a good night to all who read.

Monday.....

Well once again......damn it it's Monday and here we go. Well, I had a great conversation with
Thess yesterday it was a good two hours or so. I think she is excited about getting to be back up here with family again and just having people around instead of being by herself day in and day out. I am looking forward to having her up here. I think we all are. Should be fun having someone here. Well, I hope everyone had a great weekend and has a great week. Thanks leah and sue for the groceries. And thanks to everyone for the wonderful day at the Sand in the City festival and thank Thess for the conversation last night.

Sunday.....

Well, I am still here and I am back for a blog. Things have been going pretty well for the most part. Work has been work, and everything else has been just that. Mom and dad go new hard wood floors in their house this past week and they look absolutely beautiful.
I spent a little time in the garage last week after work and got it cleaned up pretty nice. I hung up another shelf and put a bunch more tools away and a little organizing. I started working on fixing the little old bed that was out there and hopefully I can get it put back together and placed into one of the bed rooms.
Yesterday we had a great day. We all went down to the....Sand in the City festival in Olympia. The kids had a great time and so much fun with everyone. Jack told me that it was is second best day ever. I know he really doesn't really know how it rated, but it makes me feel good know that it was obviously a great day for him, because he thinks the highly of it. Well, the little turkeys are up, so I am going to get them something for breakfast. Love you all and thanks for everything you all do for me and the boys.

Sunday morning.....

WOW!!!
I DIDN'T EVEN REALIZE IT HAD BEEN SINCE TUESDAY THAT I HAD POSTED. TIME FLIES SOME TIMES. WELL, REALLY NOT MUCH NEW OR EXCITING. JUST BEEN WATCHING OLYMPICS IN THE EVENINGS AND RELAXING DURING THE DAY. THE WEATHER WAS CRAZY LAST NIGHT. AFTER A 90 DEGREE DAY YESTERDAY WE HAD MASSIVE THUNDER STORMS LAST NIGHT.

MONDAY WE ARE ONCE AGAIN HEADING UP TO ANOTHER NEW JOB THAT IS UP NORTH. NOT TO FAR, BUT I GUESS I BASE THAT ON THE FACT THAT I HAVE HAD TO DRIVE UP TO LYNWOOD BEFORE, SO ANYTHING SHY OF THAT FAR NORTH I CONSIDERED TO BE NOT THAT FAR. I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THE JOB IS OR WHAT WE HAVE TO DO FOR IT. BUT I GUESS I WILL FIND OUT NONE TO SOON.

Tuesday Evening....

Well, it is Tuesday, which means tomorrow is Wednesday, which means the week is already almost half way over. That is my positive thinking for the day. I am sure everyone has heard that Russia invaded Georgia to some extent...and if you didn't, well it happened. The only reason for me to bring that up is because, unfortunately I heard our unbelievably idiotic leader give his little speech on the situation. Damn it! That man is so absolutely and incredibly embarrassing to listen to. I actually get embarrassed every time I hear him speak. It is actually hard to be an American when you know the rest of the world hears him speak and watches him and actually believes that he represent the U.S.A. I can't imagine what the rest of the world thinks of us any more.
Well, enough of that, the day was good and everything else is also.

Tuesday morning....

Time to get up and get moving.....Here we are another week already under way and another step closer to another day. The birthday for Jack on Saturday was very awesome. He liked it and and a good time. After everyone one left he said "dad, thanks for the party, that was a lot of fun." Then he told me again on Sunday morning as well. That made me feel really good. I think all the kids had a lot of fun. It was nice to be able to just let them do whatever they wanted and let them all have a good time. Thanks to every one that came over.

Sunday.....

Happy Birthday to Jack today......He is 7..... it was a wonderful day yesterday, even though the weather wasn't super great for an outdoor BBQ, but it was a great little birthday party. Thanks to everyone for coming over and making it a good time. All the kids had a lot of fun, it was nice to have them all here and having so much fun playing together. Jack even told me after everyone left "thanks for the party dad!" So I know he had fun.

one more day....

Well, for all of us who still work, one more day until the weekend. I have had another long week really shitty commutes home and working until 8 o'clock pm on Wednesday. But for the most part my week has gone pretty well. I am looking forward to everyone coming over Saturday to help me celebrate Jack's seventh birthday. Well that is about all the brain energy I have tonight. Can't wait for the weekend.

Damn It... I have to work tomorrow....

Well...for all family you know how my day was since it was spent with you. Thanks! It was a great day. Congratulations to "MY HERO" J.W.F. on his recent retirement. Although not by choice (we all know you are a workaholic) , it is well deserved of a man who has always worked his ass off. CONGRATULATION DAD!!!!

It was a great dinner and a great day visiting you all.

WARNING READ BEFORE WATCHING new videos....

I have added some different/new videos. Mind you they are not for kids or for individuals who don't like profane language. If you do like politically driven artists, you might enjoy these. "Immortal Technique" was introduced to me by a local individual who used to work here in Olympia on KGY (I think that was the channel), and used to be a DJ on an underground radio station. So, since I have become more anti-trusting of our government, these songs really struck me as...awesome. There are a lot more songs by this artist (youtube the name immortal technique) that have a lot to do with governments and people around the world, not just here in the U.S.A.(Under Stupidity Again). If you don't like them don't listen, but the lyrics are very strong despite the profanity.

For those who don't want the profanity try the video on the bottom and the first part of the third video down. I will warn you...the imagines my have a profound effect on you. If it was up to the government you wouldn't be able to view these because it might traumatize you, and we all know that our government cares so much about us, they are only looking our for our individual best interests when they tell us that some videos would be to traumatizing for us. Finally Friday....

I am still here and it is finally Friday. This week has been long. I haven't been getting home until 7:30 or 8 this week. The commute and working late as well. Got home at about 7 last night and then had to be back up in Bellevue at 2:30 am this morning. I finally made it home and I am looking forward to some good rest.

August 10 is Jackson's 7 birthday. On that Saturday, the 9th, people are welcome to come over as they did on Luke's birthday. Sue said that David and Jody and the kids wanted to come down anyway, so we may as well have a little birthday party.
