Happy Halloween

Well it is Halloween 2010 isnt it amazing that we arent flying around in our own little "JETSON'S" car and tricker treating from the sky amd wearing "MOONBOOTS" but not for fashion purposes like we all did in the 80's but wearing them because our ever trusting and loving and caring government has put us on the moon like they promised years ago. I suppose if it was actually beneficial for our beloved politicians we would be there by now tricker treating our little hinies off. But instead we sit on our little speck dust that we have so bodaciously declared "EARTH" and send our little ones out to learn how so a phrase that as children we loved and said one night out the year... And for what? Free candy, or an apple, or a soda pop, a pencil, or anything else that we can get our little mitts on for free. Live it all you tricker treater...one day you will nothing more then a twitter or tweeter.
Any way I am not sure that makes any sense but I did have fun babbling.
We had a most excellent visit with grandma and grandpa and gabby yesterday. Gabby brought down her cookie dough and, of course baked up halloween cookies, letting Jack and Luke cut them out and help frost them. It was a good time with good food a nice warm fire in the fireplace and movies. A great Saturday for us and everyone that made it over

Friday October something

Wow!!!! Can any one actually believe that the year went by as fast a it has? I c can't seems like we just celebrated, but oh well it sure brings lots of joy and cheer.

Wednesday...already!!!

Well, here I am up early in the morning already showered and drinking some coffee. Had a good turkey jalapeno sub last night for dinner with some jalapeno kettle chips to go with it. Then feel asleep nice and early and got some good sleep. The rain hasn't been
To bad during the day, but the wind and the temperature are what are making it cold. Just keep my insulated coveralls on and
my insulated hooded sweatshirt, that seems to keep me warm for the day. I am enjoying some delicious pumpkin cake with a cream
Cheese frosting that is actually layered, as is the cake, with caramel sauce and sliced almonds on top. Yep, it is one of those deadly things that Gabrielle made and it is dangerous. Well time to finish my coffee and my piece of cake then I can play my morning
Game of chess until it is time to get to work.

Another in Vancouver

Well good morning all out there in blogger land. If you are awake I wish you were sleeping. If you are asleep I wish you were awake.
It was a COLD and a WET day down here yestetday a true sign of the time of that is so rudely approaching.

A few things I have heard and seen

A small child at Lukes game last night said, "hey mom I had something on my hand and I started to lick it, it taste good."
I saw on the back of a porta potty truck a sign that said, "Take a deuce in our blue juice."
The last one was Dino Rossi, he said," some of these issues that we deal with are too big for one party." A response to a question in reference to deagling with state and federal issues if he is elected. Whether he does or no.t, I foundg that comment very interestin km.

hope this works... From my new phone

Well here I am once again from my phone. It seems to work okay so far. hang in there and excuse all spelling errors the keyboard isnt quite as easy as typing on a computer. But I am giving it a try. Work has been going okay except Lou and I are still going down to the job in Vancouver, which actually is better then the alternative which is working in Lynwood at night. So really the drive to Vancouver isnt that bad. I habe slowly taking a few things up to Gabrielles when I go up there on the weekends. We are both getting very excited to be able to take the next step thay we are so that we can start our lives together. I am sittig here hoping the grass dries out and it doesnt rain so I can get the lawn mowed. I hope everyone is having a good week or I should say had a good week. I will blog more now that I have this little thing figured ou
